Magistrate Jeannine Myers
Magistrate Myers received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toledo in 2010 and her Juris Doctor in 2013 from the University of Toledo College of Law.
From 2014 to 2018, Magistrate Myers served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Montgomery County. During her tenure as a prosecutor, she prosecuted juvenile delinquents and adult felony offenses. In 2018, she joined Green & Green Lawyers, focusing her practice on civil litigation and criminal defense. Magistrate Myers completed the Ohio State Bar Association’s Leadership Academy in 2019.
Magistrate Myers is a member of the Dayton Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Ohio Association of Magistrates, and the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court. She is also a member of the Common Pleas Court’s Case Management Committee.
Courtroom
The Magistrate conducts all hearings in Courtroom 109 which is located on the first floor of the Court Building. All parties are required to check-in with staff in Room 103.
Once you pass through security, turn right and it will be on the left-hand side of the hallway across from the Clerk of Court’s Office.
