These rules shall be known as the Local Rules of Practice and Procedure for the General Division of the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court. These rules shall supplement and complement the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, the Ohio Rules of Criminal Procedure, the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio, the Ohio Revised Code, and any other applicable authority.
