2023 Annual Report Now Available

May 1st is Law Day, observed annually to recognize the rule of law and promote greater understanding of the legal system.
Aligning with Law Day’s goals of education and community engagement, the General Division has worked with the Juvenile, Domestic Relations, and Probate Divisions of the Common Pleas Court, and with the Clerk of Courts, to issue our collective Annual Report. The 2023 Annual Report combines contributions from each division and the clerk’s office to inform the public of their activities, structure, and staff.
The 2023 Annual Report is available to view here. The court encourages all residents of Montgomery County to read the report to learn about the past year’s operations and accomplishments throughout the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
