Question:
How do I get a transcript?

Answer:
Transcript Requests for court proceedings must be submitted to the appropriate Court Reporter or Judicial Assistant. In Video Courts you will receive a VHS tape or CD transcript. If a paper transcript is required from a Video Court, you must make arrangements with a transcriptionist. You may call the Court's main number (937)-225-6000 to obtain the name and telephone number of the Court Reporter or Judicial Assistant.
